Everyone knows that people are living much longer now than ever before. Those approaching the senior ages, or already in the senior age, seem to be far more physically fit than before. The focus has become “keeping” the seniors active. These active adult communities are popping up everywhere, and are very much in demand. Besides all the sports and educational opportunities offered, the older seniors are not forgotten either. If individuals have no interest in sports, or are not physically able, these new communities seem to provide a wide variety of crafts, board games, card games, and even volunteer opportunities for seniors, all within their community.
